Once installed - connect your device to the Starlink wifi. Even if there is no internet, ensure your device stay connected to the Starlink wifi. Once connected, just open the app, and go to the first page page 'General' - similar to below:
Be aware that it might sometimes take up to 10 to 15 seconds for the information to load. The above tool will give you more information as to specific issues with the dish.
If on the 'General' page you get a status of 'Connecting' with all internet options (Internet, IPv6 and Starlink Internet) showing red, it is an indicator that your modem isn't connecting to the dish at all and a good indicator that either the dish isn't powered on or the Starlink wifi isn't talking back to the dish.
The other tabs (Dish, Router and Online) should give you some indication as to what is happening on your system.
